What’s a celebration without food? Growing up, pork was always at the center of our meals, and one of my all-time favorites was a dish my dad and I used to cook together: Bone-In Pork Chops with Stewed Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, and Mushrooms. Over the years, I’ve added my own twist, serving it over pasta or alongside spaghetti for a filling, comforting meal.
