Terms of Service

By accessing, downloading, using, or purchasing any content, services, or digital products (“Services”) offered by Animistic D.B.A. The Sunswine Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to whitepapers, guides, courses, applications, and related materials, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms of service, please do not use our Services. 

  1. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided by us—including digital downloads, software applications, text, graphics, logos, and other materials—is the intellectual property of The Sunswine Group or its licensors. 
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission. 

  1. Payments and Donations
    • Paid Products: Certain digital products and services are offered for a fixed price. All payments are due at the time of purchase. 
    • Donations: If an item is offered with a suggested donation, any contribution is voluntary and not tax-deductible. Donations do not represent a purchase of goods or services. 
    • Sales Tax: Where applicable, sales tax is included in the final price or added at checkout. You are responsible for any local or state taxes required by law. 
  1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales and donations are final and non-refundable. If you encounter issues accessing content, please contact us at technical@animistic.co 

  1. App Access and Updates

If your purchase includes access to a mobile or web application, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal business use. 
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app or services at any time without prior notice. 

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to: 

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Services 
    • Share your access credentials with others 
    • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes 
  1. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide high-quality information and services, but we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. 
ANIMISTIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services. 

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information. 

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.  

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
